Distance Sales Contract

1. Parties

This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") has been concluded between Erzurum Maturation Institute Revolving Fund Enterprise ("Seller") and the person who purchases products on the Website ("Buyer"). The Buyer is deemed to have accepted this Agreement with every transaction made through the Website.

2. Topic

This Agreement is a contract that regulates the rights and obligations regarding the price and delivery of the products purchased by the Buyer, and becomes valid with the Buyer's approval at the time of ordering the product.

3. Confirmation of Order and Validity of Contract

After confirming the order, the Buyer accepts this Agreement by making the payment on the Website. When the order placed by the Buyer is confirmed by the Seller, the process of shipping the products begins.

4. Product Information and Price

All information, product descriptions and prices about the products offered on the website are specified in detail. Product prices include the total amount, including tax. The product price seen during the order is accepted as the final payment before the order is completed.

5. Payment and Delivery

After completing the order, the buyer will make payment using the [selected payment method] and the order will be sent to the specified delivery address as soon as possible after payment. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping companies' processing times.

6. Returns and Cancellations

In accordance with legal regulations, the Buyer may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product. Return conditions are explained in detail in the "Delivery and Return Conditions" section. The return procedures are followed and the amount paid by the Buyer is refunded.

7. Applicable Law and Competent Court

This Agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve disputes that may arise between the parties.
