Delivery Terms

Orders are shipped the following business day specified in the delivery and return conditions field for each product after the payment process is completed and are delivered as soon as possible. However, since the delivery time may vary depending on the transportation times of the selected cargo company, the delivery time can be between 2-5 business days.

During the delivery process, it is of great importance that the delivery address specified by the recipient is correct and complete. If the delivery cannot be made due to incorrect or incomplete address information, the additional fee will be reflected on the recipient if the delivery is to be made again. If the product is damaged or incompletely delivered during delivery, the situation must be reported as soon as possible. Our customer service provides all the support necessary to resolve the problem.

Return Conditions
Erzurum Maturation Institute Revolving Fund Enterprise always prioritizes customer satisfaction. If you wish to return your products for any reason after receiving them, the following conditions must be met:

• Your return request must be made within 14 days from the delivery date of the product,
• The product must be unused, its labels and packaging must be intact, and it must be sent with the original invoice.
• Refund requests must be made via the Contact section.

The returned products will be checked and examined by the Erzurum Maturation Institute Revolving Fund Enterprise, and if the products are found to be in compliance with the return conditions, your payments will be made back within 14 business days at the latest. The return shipping fee belongs to the buyer.
